HubPlaces ("we", "us", "our") is a Chrome extension that provides address autocomplete functionality within HubSpot CRM using the Google Places API. HubPlaces is operated by an individual based in Ireland and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc. or Google LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use HubPlaces. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
HubPlaces offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The free tier includes:
The Pro tier includes unlimited lookups, all countries, and phone number autofill. Pro features are only available with an active paid subscription.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the extension settings — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
HubPlaces requires you to provide your own Google Places API key. You are responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service and for any costs associated with your API usage. HubPlaces is not responsible for charges incurred through your Google account.
HubPlaces integrates with HubSpot and Google Places. Both are third-party services outside our control. We make no guarantee that HubPlaces will continue to work if HubSpot or Google change their interfaces or APIs. We will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality promptly if this occurs, but cannot guarantee any specific timeframe.
We aim to keep HubPlaces available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control including changes to HubSpot's interface. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

All rights in HubPlaces, including the software, design, and branding, remain with us. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, HubPlaces is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the extension. Continued use of HubPlaces after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
